We called on Thursday, December 21, 2017 and requested quotes on both homeowner's and auto insurance. Were told that we would receive a call back later that day. Sent them the requested additional information. Today is December 27, 2017 and we have not heard one word or received any information via email. This is the epitome of a lack of customer service and obviously our business is not needed....
