I highly recommend, I have a Seagate 4TB hard drive that failed me (mechanical failure) out of warranty.
After contact with the friendly and courteous agent, this one perfectly listening to me offered me (data recovery with a new hard drive and the shipping costs of sending it to their center) (all expenses paid) as soon as that he knew I had stayed true to the brand by purchasing another Seagate hard drive to help me out.
Seagate has won a lifetime customer !!!
