Been with Lex Autolease in its various guises for 17 years and was very satisfied with their service over all those years. Never missed or late with a payment, never caused them any issues, even sorted my own MOTs when their recommended test stations messed us about behind Lex's back. Unfortunately the custom of us loyal small business owners is no longer wanted by Lex so they've binned us off to Vanarama who are hopeless and didn't respond to many requests for a new lease quote to replace one of our Lex vans that we have due to go back in January. I gave up in the end and have just bought a brand new one instead that I take delivery of next Tuesday. Guess I'll have to do the same when the other one is due later in the year. A harsh lesson that there's zero loyalty with these companies.
