Absolute worst experience at this awful, terrible place. I think I could've provided better care for my pet with a butter knife and a prayer. The entire staff should be jailed, sued, or at the very least embarrassed to admit they work in a place that lies to and prays on pet owners who consider their furry friends family. Surgery paid for was not performed, pathology report was "lost," no record of repeat imaging supposedly performed, medical records were denied upon request and then produced weeks later intentionally vague and most likely doctored. Shame on you, LIVS!!!!! Unfortunately shame on me also for not doing better research on these facilities.
