I normally don t leave reviews even with bad service but I just feel the need to explain my situation. I came into the ER with abd pain and back pain and they did scans and happened to have an incidental finding of a mass so of course me being a young girl with high anxiety it was a lot to take in. They weren t commutative about anything nor did they explain anything like I needed. The only staff member there that showed me any kind of compassion and understanding and was attentive was the nurse Alex and this other blonde female nurse that was in the room as well. As for the other staff and the experience over all it was terrible. They were too busy to pay attention and they acted like they didn t care. If you want top notch care and staff that is actually attentive to you I suggest you find another hospital. And the supervisor Brenda didn t try to resolve the problem. She brought in my day nurse to show me that he s been here for what I needed instead of trying to listen and fix the problem. That wasn t the point. I think it was a little ridiculous for her to bring my nurse in and for him to say I just came in here and checked on you and asked you if you needed anything. That was completely unnecessary.
