Customer service when there's a problem? 0. Try to get a supervisor? Denied. Twice. Tell them you want a supervisor to call you back? I'm sorry. We must have lost that message. However, if you are persistent enough to want to talk to someone about how their company schedules time frames and then reschedules you if you aren't available when they decide to come early? Ask for Mr. Harris. He was a delight. But you might want to email him. He won't listen to you explain what happened. He is a very busy guy after all. If you do get him, he prefers whispering, as anything above that is considered yelling 'hurts my ears'.

My business didn't matter. I hope yours does.
