I sent Marantz receiver for diagnostics and repair two weeks ago. When sent, I wrote a detailed letter with description of the issues. Upon receipt, they called almost daily to let me know that equipment was being reviewed by a technician, yet, they kept asking for description of the problem (obviously no one read the letter). Today, I called for status and was informed that it was shipped back to me because they could not find a problem. Received the receiver. So, after spending $130 to ship the receiver to them, $78 on bench fees I have a piece of equipment that doesn t work. Regret sending the receiver to them and spending the money. As per owners response, I called to discuss and was pretty much told that I was wrong and unit is working. This after I explained to them that I took receiver to my audio equipment supplier and they tested and still didn't work. What a waste of money and time. Do not trust these people.
