I stayed at this hotel during the COVID pandemic, and of course in the midst of the government policy, namely PSBB. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. The first impression when I entered this hotel, a luxurious nuance welcomed me, besides that, the service was very friendly, starting from the security, to the check-in officer. Check-in feels very easy and fast, because the FO staff really pays attention to what their guests need. In addition, signs regarding spacing and social distancing have been implemented at this hotel, starting from the lobby, elevator, etc. Hand sanitizers are placed in every corner of the hotel, and spraying of disinfectants is carried out routinely throughout the hotel area. As long as the PSBB is in effect, this hotel closes several facilities that are often used, starting from restaurants, swimming pools, GYM (limited to only a few people, and reservations are needed if guests want to do GYM activities. The location of this hotel is very strategic, being in the heart of Jakarta, namely at JL Gatot Subroto. This location is of course very easy to reach and access if we want to travel, both to office buildings, shopping centers etc. When entering the room, the impression of luxury is also very thick, the room is classified as quite spacious, equipped with a walk in closet, living room etc. The bathroom is also quite luxurious, besides that this room is of course already sanitized before visitors enter, and some items that have been sanitized, of course, are marked such as telephone, handle doors, drawers, etc. The amenities in the room are quite complete, besides that every day, guests will be provided with a kind of sanitizing kit which consists of masks, hand sanitizers, etc. But it is very unfortunate, occasionally I find some staff who are less friendly to visitors, besides that it would be better if each elevator is given a hand sanitzer, so that it makes it easier for guests to use it, hopefully in the future it can be repaired again to be even better, but overall wanna say thank you Four Season's team, Good Job !!
