Long time customer at Rockauto. I've ordered from here for the last 7 years. They've made changes recently that make shipping difficult to deal with and they've reduced customer service to almost non existent.
I had a shipping issue with parts from them, I could not get any sort of resolution from within rockauto, many times not getting a response at all from customer service. I had to go to the bank account used for the purchase to request my refund and rockauto is still trying to charge me for items/shipping I didn't receive. Time to find a new supplier.
