I had the same issue. When i went with my Daughter a year ago to look at some guitars and amps for guitars, the ones on display weren't working well and no one was able to adjust them. The guitars were out of tune and no one came forward to speak to us. I had to go looking for someone to assist us and were not able to get good customer service. Very disappointed.
