Well, first of all the food was OFF THE CHAIN, as we Blk Folk say... But, as we entered casually dress and at ease ,we were greeted and welcomed at entrance very well. It was around 3:30 as the evening crowd started to swell. However Dining Room was still quite open, the Hostess guided us to an area to the rear of the main dining area to a adjoining smaller empty room , I quickly let her know ahh ahh, we want a table in the main Dining area ( Take 1). After being seated our waitress came to our table after about 13 mins.... Brought us our drinks and took order.. I noticed the other waitress was going over MENU AND SPECIALS with the other guest and Mgr and Chef were greeting and querying guest about their meals. I brought that to Renee's attention. She suggested leaving , I insisted staying . Mgr and Chef came around and engaged us.... I guess some Southern people haven't changed that much..... And to think we found this establishment on the Black eats website.....All in All it was bearable and the food was Great , Do go...... Just to be Nice I gave our out of touch waitress a $25 tip and drew lots of looks when we Drove of in that 2020 Lincoln Continental. Bye y'all, we heading back to TEXAS....
