All I wanted was to get a replacement part, (diverter cap), for my Sundance Spa, so I could use it again. I emailed them multiple times with no response. I m willing to pay for the part, but I get zero response to my emails. I like the Spa, but not the lack of customer service. If they would Just tell me where I can order the part, I d leave them alone.
