Terrible service. I had requested that my account be closed and was told that I need to send a letter in the post. I had to call a number of times to ask if they had received my letter. Finally got a date when the service would be cancelled as Feb 13th. Was told customer service would confirm this but they didn't. Nearer the date I called to confirm Feb 13th was the cut off date. This was confirmed and again I was told that I would receive an email. I asked them to double check the email address as I haven't had any communication from them at all. Today March 4th I have had to call again to find out what my final bill is as I am ending the contract early so the saga continues.

Finally my issue has been resolved. Spoke to John a manager at Aerial Direct....very understanding. A happy customer again.
