5 star hotel in Edinburgh, located in a residential area of the city, where they celebrate dinner shows that want to exalt the Scottish folklore and its traditions, a question that I will not value. They are very attached to their traditions, their signs of national identity ... I value the kind treatment of their staff, which is a British deal. Very different from Spanish, of course
