Our Case Manager, Miriam, has been wonderful. She has helped us from gathering the necessary documents in the very beginning to the final approval just a few weeks ago. She is professional, friendly and explains every step in the process. She made us feel that she genuinely cared about our mother s needs. All while dealing with a pandemic and Miriam working through maternity leave, she never missed a step!
