Terrible company. We were told if we moved, service would continue at our new home. Our new home is newer and completely wired for an ADT security system, but they won't honor our contract since the model number on the faceplate is different and no longer for sale. Now they are forcing us to purchase $600+ of equipment or they will send our remaining contract to collections. Nice right? You don't need ADT, connect your security system up directly through your local police and fire. They were beyond nice and completely professional with every guarantee in the world, now after we signed up nothing but threatening and aggressive customer service. AVOID ADT.
