As a customer, I was slightly disappointed with the website experience. 🙁 I found it a bit challenging to navigate through the different sections, and the layout felt a bit cluttered. Additionally, the checkout process was not as smooth as I'd hoped, and I encountered a few technical glitches. On the positive side, they do offer an interesting range of music products, but the overall user experience could be improved. I also found the customer service to be just okay – not exceptionally helpful, but not terrible either. Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope to see some improvements in the future.
