Ordered a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. As soon as I installed the cartridges, I was prompted to remove and reinstall. I did so, following the prompts and diagrams to the letter. It then said the cartridges needed to be replaced. I tried calling HP customer service, only to discover that HP literally has no customer service line to call. Just a robot answering machine that prompts you to go to their website for technical support questions. I did so, and attempted to navigate all of the canned responses and FAQs, which was an incredible waste of time, as none of the troubleshooting solutions addressed the problem I had. I am left scratching my head with an expensive printer that I just bought, have never used, that doesn't work, with no recourse or help from the company that made it. HP apparently does not stand behind their own products. I guess this is what happens when a big company grows beyond the need for customer satisfaction. Customer service and company integrity fall by the wayside. I am a very unhappy customer.
