Museum about very significant ship and person, wit...

Museum about very significant ship and person, with great insight to early Victorian era. However, on overall I feel museum is lacking on something, when compared to other ship museum I've been to (I'm comparing to HMS Victory) Many rooms were closed in the ship unfortunately. And almost no signs around the ship either.
