I ordered a samsung washing machine and a samsung fridge. They had mentioned that the stuff would be delivered after 1 week on 19th of april 2020. I got a call again on 18th that the delivery date has been changed to 21st fo april as they have a lot of pending orders because of the lockdown. Still understandible.

To my surprise i just got a fridge and no washing machine delivered. Today is 23rd of april and no one is giving me any answers as to where did the washing machine go. I went to carrefour again and asked for a refund. Yet they mentioned to wait a bit more and expect a call from carrefour. Still waiting. . .i just dialled the sales manager Murtaza, and now he wants me to come over to carrefour again. Lol. Dont know what are they upto.
