I would like to express my displeasure about calls...

I would like to express my displeasure about calls from 042161073315. Call several times a day and when you answer it will hang up. When I called back, I found that the number belongs to Telekom. Last week I called twice and spoke to an employee. But apparently that's no use. It seems to me that a call center is responsible for the sale of the products (this is normal) and that the employees there simply dial the numbers to achieve their target (KPI / SLA). So of course you can easily handle 100-200 calls per day if you hang up immediately. How purposeful that is is another matter. You can't sell anything if you hang up straight away. These calls are pretty annoying.
