Wow, 3 separate 5 star reviews from other users who happen to be the company themselves, and other apartment complex management companies.

How about a review from someone who has actually done business with you, like myself? Here's news for anyone that needs to know. I have had a string of issues over the past two years with their property, namely Austin Ranch Flatiron District, directly managed by Westwood. The property is in a poor state. Frequent issues with maintenance and management. And management there treat residents like garbage. The Accounting Manager there has extremely poor people skills and is very rude. The only person that is worth anything is Annemarie. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this, and any other property associated with them.

EDIT: 6/10 So after various encounters I was able to get things sorted out, but it turns out it's not owned by Pinnacle, so that explains a lot related to my ability to get things fixed. Notice to management at Westwood. Treat your tenants and customers better and you can expect better reviews and more business.
