I've come to Happy Hamster a couple of times for computer issues, and have always had excellent service. However, this last time they completely blew me out of the water!! I went in with a bunch of ads and pop-ups and malware on my computer, as well as problems connecting to the internet.Lucas greeted me warmly upon arrival, and George patiently sat down with computer-illiterate me for almost an hour to get the issues resolved. He walked me through every single thing he needed to do to my laptop, showed me how to fix certain things on my own, and helped get rid of all of the popups and bad virus-things that had somehow loaded themselves on my computer. It's all running smoothly now!! The best part (besides the unwavering patience, the awesome hospitality, and helping get my computer up and running safely!!)...they didn't charge me a dime. This company is absolutely AMAZING with great helpful guys working there. I will definitely be going back with any future problems!! Thanks Happy Hamster!
