If I could put 0 stars I would. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. We stopped in for a day pass. Because it was so late in the day it didn't make sense to rent a room after seeing condos to buy right around the corner. After inquiring about price and walking to the car at the valet WE were chased outside by an aggressive rude bellman like we were trying to park and not pay for the pass. It felt like they thought I stole a shirt from the store or something. As a business owner, I've never felt so insulted. I went back inside to tell the management how I was treated and asked them to correct the poor service and honor the price that he yelled in my face of $25 a person infront of everyone outside. To then be treated with even more poor service by management (Chris & Stephanie). Who then tried to say they weren't selling day passes. But the attendant said no I told them we were selling them.We received different information from every employee we interacted with. As a customer of the trade winds of over 10+years, today will be the last day I attempt to vacation, entertain clients, or spend a day to relax at this resort. It's very sad these are the people representing this brand now. I would evaluate the staff you have in place and find employees who value customers, and try to find solutions to problems. Instead of putting more fuel to the fire. Very novice decision from your management.
