Every time I call either they don't answer or answ...

Every time I call either they don't answer or answer and say can you hold for a min and after 10-20 min on hold I hang up so usually go there which is ridiculous and every time there isn't but a couple of ppl waiting and there always one eating while the other girl is conversating
