I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dan Murray at Lend Smart. I was a first time home buyer and had heard so many horror stories of how difficult the process can be. With Dan on my team I had the smoothest, easiest process ever! There was never any stress, I received updates all along the way, and most everything was completed over the computer so I was able to access my file at my convenience. Dan worked extremely hard to get my loan to closing on time and we even finished everything early... I ended up waiting on the sellers to finish their side of things! If the time ever comes to sell my home and buy a new one I will only be working with Dan and the Lend Smart team!
