One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Ordered part for a new kitchen - the box arrived and looked like it had been opened. Apparently it had and was the wrong part. After telling us that they didn't make mistakes (laughable) we sent the wrong part back and they acknowledged the error. Instead of making it right by sending the right part, they neglected to do so (even though they had our money). When we followed up on the part, they tried to charge us over $70 to overnight it due to their error. After much arguing, they agreed to waive the fee. But wait, there's more.. They never actually sent the part overnight - so currently, we still have paid over $450 to Hafele but have no part to show for it. Learn from our mistake.. Order from somewhere better
