Online service is a nightmare so we set up auto bill draft and now they are saying we didn't pay our bill (wasn't from lack of funds either) and charging us a late fee. Not able to log in and not able to reset password. There has got to be a better way. How is it that the water company is the ONLY bill we have issues paying?
