A really good, brief, experience. Flying home from SFO I am normally on an AM flight and like to stay at one of the airport hotels; typically an IHG property.

The Crowne does not disappoint. Fantastic experience at check-in and the bar had excellent food choices. The staff in the bar were very helpful in selecting a gluten-free meal and ensuring that my experience was tops.

The only nit is parking. The gates were giving some people problems and the path around back is a one-way that can create some tight experiences if someone is coming the other direction.

Good room, excellent staff.
