I'm not usually one to write reviews, let alone negative ones. I know everybody has a bad day every once in a while, but what I saw and heard needed to be shared. The owner is just a mean, hateful old lady. She was berating customers for shopping elsewhere. It didn't matter to her that they didn't have what they were looking for. She was just being mean and nasty to what appeared to be a long time customer. I can hardly imagine what she says when there aren't other people around. The owner is the textbook definition of a "Karen". I always try to keep my money local, but I would implore anyone reading this to take their money elsewhere, even if the elsewhere is a big box store. I will not be going back because of this disgraceful act. If she treats her customers this badly, maybe it's time to retire.
