We have taken the menu Pure C 6 courses with wine pairing. They asked where we came from and which language we prefer to be served. We said Dutch but English or Flemish was no problem, only the person who spoke English came from Poland and that was almost impossible to understand coal English. For the rest, the service was neat and very nice. The food was okay but very salty. As a fancier we had also ordered oysters as an extra dish but unfortunately they were not detached and only received a fork so that was made known to the service that a lot of meat was left behind and that they also made the comment that it was not because you could see that they were fresh, we thought it was a strange reason. But they were going to cut them loose for us, we already had one on and we got a full charge again. During one of the dishes there were also mussels, these were also not detached from the shell and without a knife again could not be detached now but nothing was said. When we asked for the bill they wanted to give us cheese as a compliment for the problems we had during dinner but said no thanks we then got friandise and a Zeeland liqueur of 18 different herbs for the problems I did not like it but my meal companion did . The bill totaled 573 euros, including 2x House cocktail gin 36, oysters 30, water 17, 2 glasses of white wine 20, wine set 170 and menu 300.
