I contacted them last fall regarding two waste containers that have fallen apart. Purchased in summer of 2018. Since Sept 2019 I keep receiving run around from Carol in Sales Service. Told me back on 12/9 they had moved and lost my info. Sent it to them and have still heard nothing. Both cans were purchased at Home Depot.
