Horrible! The broker Byron Ford wouldn't show a home without first completing an application. So if your in the market to rent a home be ready to forward all of your personal information and pulling credit (which hits your credit) before even walking in. With identity fraud the way it is today he says it raised a red flag when I refused to do so...REALLY!!! Feel bad for the actual owner who's still trying to get it rented.
