So I called a few different places looking for someone to replace 1 door and the hardware on a different door. So I made an appointment with Jonathan with this company. He not only dropped the ball he kicked into the neighbors yard. I posted my experience on google reviews and I was very upset.
Well unknown to me, Bryce from the same company not only found out. I will say this- it was a completely different experience dealing with him. After several failed connections (because of my schedule, not his) I was finally able to catch up with him for the estimate. Knowing what I do about doors, I figured 20-25 mins to look and give me an idea what I'm looking at. I have never been so wrong before. Bryce was here measuring every possible angle and making notes about all the little details. Which way the hinges swung, where the screws were, the distance between the door and kick plate. Very detailed. While he was doing all of this, he was asking about what our needs for hardware, do we want windows, describing all the different options, and the list just goes on. In the beginning I thought it was gonna be the soft sell, "hey buddy, just doing you a favor thing" but again I was wrong. When I told him that I just wanted a quote for a simple door- no bells or whistles, he was good with that. Said he would get me a quote as soon as he could. This was a weds or thurs afternoon around 4:00pm. I honestly didn't think he would have anything before the following week. I come in the next day at 7:30 and there it is, broken down item by item. What parts were going to be replaced, what was going to be used from existing and what the time frame for everything was. He called me that day to make sure I received his email and asked if I had any questions. Bryce was a pleasure to work with and if I ever have a situation where I need anything related to doors I will not hesitate to call him I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for doors.
I feel bad now about my original review, seeing that one over extending apple almost made me go with another company. Bryce saved the day.
