I have never seen a real estate company so unresponsive to their customers. Dear readers, MICM can be your option since they have the monopoly, but should your last. Feel sorry for the company to hire property managers who hardly bothers to any of your enquiries. I've been a loyal tenant for 2 years, and now they've asked us to vacate immediately (since the owner is selling the property), without any concern about the current tenants.
