Still angry and upset because Murray branch STOLE $500. On the 9th day of my 7-10 day wait period the manager was in the drive thru. I asked why the wait for a debit card? This was after large deposit of a federal tax check and the answer to my question was closing account. No profanity was used, not tell I drove off. After check funds, paperwork and having customer service help I had ZERO HELP from manager. She was absolutely the source of my worst customer service experience ever had in my life. Small claims court seems to be the answer.
