I ve always loved cafe Milano. Admittedly, If you have an inattentive server, the experience is subpar. However the menu is great I ve never had a bad meal, and they know how to anticipate your needs. Also, great place for people watching if you re a political nerd like I am. Whenever I am in DC, this is where I head.
