This is the worst service I have ever received! My order is late, with no update received at all. I have been trying to get hold of this company for two weeks, received no reply to emails, been in a call queue multiple times only to be cut off after 30 minutes. I managed to get through to a member of staff once, who promised to get back to me within 48 hours... I am still waiting... it has been 3 days... I want to cancel my order and will be demanding a refund as soon as I can actually speak to someone. The worst thing is that the company are still advertising themselves as willing to take new orders when they clearly can't cope with those that they already have.
