Jason was on time, used protective plastic covers for his shoes prior to entering our home, he was pleasant, did the repairs in a timely manner and went over the changes he made to our HVAC system. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. We have used John Moore for years and they continue to strive to do a good job. John Moore will continue to be top on our list to call first regarding our home repair needs.
