To begin with i don't want to give any stars as their customer service sucks. I had problem with my A/c unit and had a service call last week. They had mentioned the compressor is totally gone.. needs to replace the full unit. My contract had replacement plan. The A/c estimate costed about 4,500$ but i was told i will get only 850$ for replacement because mine is 3.5 ton a/c. Where in the contract was all these info covered. Nobody ever told when we are signing up the new contract. Hidden rules... Also they took long time to come up with the replacement cost of $850 for which i need to make 100 calls to find out about the process that how that amount will be given to me as a discount or a cheque... It was told the sales guy from Service America will provide the estimate with the credit amount given as a replacement plan. But when we called him, he dont have a clue. So service america needs to talk to him to make him understand about the process. And now it got extended to another week period to replace my a/c as the mechanic guy needs to get his order approved and place order and then schedule appointment to fix my a/c. And they expect us to be without A/c for a month, FANTASTIC Crappy SERVICE. We have 3 young kids at home to be without a/c for that longer period. Just to getr $850 rebate or discount. Going to cancel the service immediately. I don't need any service which dont help me on time... Beware!!!!!
