I have had terrible experience with their billing ...

I have had terrible experience with their billing department. They billed under the wrong insurance when they had access to the correct insurance provided every time. Now because it s been past 6 months they can no longer bill insurance to fix their mistake and are coming after me for the amount. These were well baby checks that are covered 100% on our insurance. I called the billing department for assistance on cleaning this up 6 months ago and they were rude and kept asking for how I plan on paying this amount. I was told they don t have a process to dispute charges either. I m being sent to collections now and imagine they will be more pleasant to work with then the billing department.
