Arrived 4 days ago at 8h15. Waited until 14h45 for the villa we booked. A tip for early arrivals is to carry your beach gear and start your vacation as soon as you are transferred to the island rather than wait until 14h30 for your villa or simply get a longer by the pool and sleep off the jetlag. The island itself is paradise, staff are friendly and helpful while some are still inexperienced. The resort prices on drinks and tours are exorbitant. The so called all inclusive drinks package has only a select.few "cheaper" brands and seem rather diluted alcoholic beverages. Be warned the resort has special rates for different airlines as it seems that the owners have negotiated pricing with different countries for tourists and if you don't ask you will pay the resort escalated rates.
Food prep is excellent with a variety of meal options to suit different cultures.
Transport within the island is efficient with golf carts within a few minutes and bicycles allocated to each guest.
Deep sea snorkeling, fishing and swimming with the dolphins is a must..lots to do here.
