The call center told me that if I wanted to cancel...

The call center told me that if I wanted to cancel a newly hired service I had 10 days to do it, given that I was within the deadline, I requested that cancellation which was denied at the branch, and made a reverse of the assigned number. When I called the call center again 2 days later, they told me that this operation was unsuccessful. In other words, it was just a waste of time. For which I must go again to a branch.
