This company took my retainer and promised to help resolve my tax issues. What they did was really mess up the situation with the IRS and the State.
They fired the best accountant they had and assigned an incompetent CPA during the process and ran up a bill for items they could never prove they did. To add to the insult, they sent me to collections for $1000 worth of false charges.

Stay away from this company if you value your money.

If you want help with tax problems go elsewhere. I would have been better off blundering through the process on my own.
