After looking for our new car for weeks we finally found what we were searching for at Joyce Koons in Manassas. My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours from the Eastern Shore of Maryland to purchase after negotiating online, through e-mails and phone calls with Doug Miller. When we arrived the car was exactly as portrayed and we had the pleasure of working with Codie Fravel. He was not only fun but knowledgeable and professional. Tim in the finance department was extremely efficient and within a short period of time we drove away with our beautiful new car! We feel we received a very good deal and would certainly buy from them again.
