The refrigerator we purchased is great. We have an outdoor fridge (SPR1960s). Works great, quiet. I would give it 5 stars, but my experience with sales and customer service was rough. My product had a small dent on the door. For $800, I wanted it to look nice. I tried to purchase a new door. I called at 4 p.m. Central which is 5 p.m. EST which I assume was their closing time or the end of my sale's rep day. She took down my number and said she would call me and hung up. No follow up call. I followed up a few days later and tried to order a new door through claims. I received one email saying, 'Did you tell your distribution rep?" and then no follow up. I am on my third attempt to give them money. Apparently I can get the part next year.
