No room service and the receptionist was very rude...

No room service and the receptionist was very rude on the phone.
I asked for water coz my friend didnt feel well .. He rudely rejecred and avoided to help.
At 10am the cleaning ladies were too noisy... they woke us up.
The parking was full... they dont even mention it anywhere... and the receptionist said "find another place nearby or this one in astrid is a bit expensive" lol.

The bed was comfy... thats all i can add.
