Kenny presented himself as being a professional as well as being engaging and giving updates as to what the problem was with my a/c. Very personable.He ordered the parts that would be necessary for the repair and assured me as soon as they were in their hands I would be notified for installation. Very positive experience for unexpected needed repairs.
