I am joining the unfortunate ranks of non-returning customers of RockAuto. I ordered a distributor cap and rotor for my truck and instead received Marshall Meiser's fuel filter for his Corolla. I talked to what I was told was the manager who WOULD NOT give me free expedited shipping to get the part I need to get to work. When asked if $40 would make or break the business, I was told that it would over time. Well, if the business could get their act together better and not continually send the wrong part, they wouldn't have to worry about it. I still need the part, but RockAuto can sleep better tonight knowing they will never have me yell at them over the phone again, since I will no longer be supporting their business. After many years of correct parts and hundreds of dollars of my money spent, they've lost me. Keep up the good work.
