A few months ago purchased a car here. Overall the purchase process was good. However, a couple of weeks later I learned that they provided my personal details to Sirius XM without my consent(they sent me annoying promotional letters). Later I got a follow-up call from a Winnipeg Hyundai sales representative and I asked him why they misuse my personal data. He promised to forward my question to his manager but no one contacted me regarding my question(looks like they have nothing to say).
Despite this purchase experience I tried to contact their service department twice. The first message was completely ignored, the second answered too late when I had an appointment at another service station. They also refused to provide me with service records, so if you plan to switch to another service station(not Hyundai) you'll have nothing to show them about the car's service history.
